摘要:
目的：探讨“典型病例导入法”联合以问题为中心教学法（PBL）在神经病学见习教学活动中的应用效果。方法：在神经病学见习教学活动中，应用典型病例导入法联合PB2对学生授课，并对学生成绩进行评估调查。结果：与传统教学法比较，应用“典型病例导入法”联合PBL教学的学生成绩有显著性提高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.001）。结论：“典型病例导入法”联合PBL教学对提高教学质量和效率具有重要的意义，值得逐步推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application effect of "typical case introduction method" combined with problem-based learning teaching method (PBL) in neurology trainee teaching activities. Methods: In the neurology probation teaching activities, the typical case introduction method combined with PBI was used to teach the students, and the students scores were evaluated and investigated. Results: Compared with the traditional teaching method, the results of students who applied "typical case introduction method" combined with PBL teaching were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion: The combination of "typical case introduction method" and PBL teaching is of great significance to improve the teaching quality and efficiency, and it is worthy of gradual promotion and application.
