摘要:
腰椎间盘突出是一种多症状的骨科疾病,是临床的常见病和引起腰腿痛最主要的原因。电生理治疗是中医理疗中最具特色的治疗方法之一,可有效缓解腰腿疼痛、乏力麻木等症状,极大地改善患者的带病生活质量,在中医防治腰椎间盘突出症方面具有现代医学一定的优势。文章从电生理分类、作用机制、临床应用等方面进行了具体阐述,以期对电生理治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究提供一定的参考。
Abstract:
Lumbar disc herniation is a multi symptom orthopedic disease, which is a common clinical disease and the main cause of low back and leg pain. Electrophysiological therapy is one of the most distinctive treatment methods in physical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. It can effectively relieve symptoms such as waist and leg pain, fatigue and numbness, greatly improve the quality of life of patients with diseases, and has certain advantages in the prevention and treatment of lumbar disc herniation in traditional Chinese medicine. This article expounds the classification, mechanism and clinical application of electrophysiology in order to provide some reference for the study of electrophysiology in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
