目的:通过本科研项目实施,研究铜仁地区的丹参药材中药典规定测定的5种重金属元素的污染情况。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS法)测定铜仁地区的丹参药材中铅、镉、砷、汞和铜元素的含量。结果:结果表明铜仁主要丹参产区丹参药材中,铅的含量为0.50 mg/kg~3.93 mg/kg;镉的含量为0.07 mg/kg~0.53 mg/kg;砷的含量0.10 mg/kg~0.59 mg/kg;各样品中均未检测出汞元素;铜的含量为12.66 mg/kg~18.96 mg/kg,即重金属铅、砷、汞和铜的含量远低于标准规定值,而石阡的2批药材中镉元素含量超标。结论:该方法可为丹参及中药材重金属的测定提供参考,初步分析铜仁地区丹参主要产地丹参药材重金属污染情况,为铜仁地区丹参药材的安全性评价和质量控制提供数据支持。

Objective: Through the implementation of this scientific research project, the pollution of five heavy metal elements determined by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia of Salvia miltorrhiza in Tongren area was studied. Methods: The contents of lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury and copper elements in Salvia miltiorrhiza from Tongren were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS). Results: The results indicated that the content of lead in Salvia miltiorrhiza from tongren was 0.50 mg/kg~3.93 mg/kg. The content of cadmium ranged from 0.07 mg/kg to 0.53 mg/kg. The content of arsenic ranged from 0.10 mg/kg to 0.59 mg/kg. No mercury element was detected in all samples. The content of copper ranged from 12.66 mg/kg~18.96 mg/kg, that is, the content of heavy metals lead, arsenic, mercury and copper were far below the standard value, while the content of cadmium in shiqians two batches of crude drugs exceeded the standard. Conclusion: This method can provide a reference for the determination of heavy metals in Salvia miltiorrhiza and traditional Chinese medicine, and preliminarily analyze the heavy metal pollution of Salvia miltiorrhiza from the main producing areas in Tongren area, providing data support for the safety evaluation and quality control of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Tongren area.
