摘要:
近年来，南宁市的社会经济得到了迅猛发展，经济发展的同时城市范围也在不断扩大，城市用地不断增多，随之而来的是复杂的土地利用问题，如城市土地利用缺乏合理规划，耕地锐减，建设用地急剧扩张侵占其他类型的土地等问题。文章在已有的研究经验基础上，以南宁市为研究对象，在GIS和RS技术的支持下，利用2005年－2020年十五年间的Landsat影像数据，提取南宁市城市扩张进程中土地利用类型的变化信息，运用GIS的空间分析等功能对扩张过程以及规律进行研究和分析。研究结果表明，南宁市在发展的过程中，城市用地由快速扩张到控制扩张，且有持续扩张的趋势。对南宁市城市用地扩张进行时空动态上的研究，可综合分析不同时间和空间上南宁市城市用地的准确信息，为城市用地扩张的动态监测与土地合理规划调控提供科学的依据。
Abstract:
In recent years, the social economy of Nanning city has developed rapidly. With the economic development, the scope of the city is also expanding, and the urban land is increasing, which is followed by complex land use problems, such as the lack of reasonable planning of urban land use, sharp reduction of cultivated land, rapid expansion of construction land and occupation of other types of land. Based on the existing research experience, this paper takes Nanning city as the research object, with the support of GIS and RS technology, uses the Landsat image data from 2005 to 2020 to extract the change information of land use types in the process of urban expansion in Nanning city, and uses GIS spatial analysis and other functions to study and analyze the expansion process and laws. The results show that in the process of Nanning citys development, the urban land expansion has changed from rapid expansion to controlled expansion, and there is a trend of continuous expansion. The research on the spatiotemporal dynamics of urban land expansion in Nanning city can comprehensively analyze the accurate information of urban land in Nanning city at different times and spaces, and provide scientific basis for the dynamic monitoring of urban land expansion and the rational planning and regulation of land.
