摘要:
近几年，在我国数字化和智慧化政策的推动下，国际旅游企业基于内部管理运营和顾客体验两个方面，积极实现对管理信息系统的数字化转型。运营管理信息系统的数字化可以在旅游企业繁琐的监督管理体系和对客服务系统中发挥重要作用，进而提升旅游企业的整体管理和服务水平。旅游企业资源规划系统、企业资产管理系统、企业顾客关系管理系统和人力资源系统等是国际旅游企业数字化运营管理的主要技术支持，文章主要分析以上数字化管理信息系统的主要功能、以及它们在旅游企业数字化运营管理中应用策略，以期帮助优化旅游企业数字化运营管理建设效果，并获得更好的发展。
Abstract:
In recent years, driven by Chinas digitalization and intelligent policies, international tourism enterprises have actively implemented the digital transformation of management information systems based on two aspects of internal management and operation and customer experience. The digitization of the operation management information system can play an important role in the cumbersome supervision and management system and the customer service system of tourism enterprises, thereby improving the overall management and service level of tourism enterprises. The tourism enterprise resource planning system, enterprise asset management system, enterprise customer relationship management system and human resource system are the main technical support for the digital operation management of international tourism enterprises. The article mainly analyzes the main functions of the above digital management information system, and their application strategies in the digital operation and management of tourism enterprises, in order to help optimize the construction effect of the digital operation and management of tourism enterprises, and achieve better development.
