摘要:
我国7所工业和信息化部直属高校是具备悠久建校历史的高校,也是为我国国防事业作出巨大贡献的高校。作为我国国防工业的中坚力量,工信部直属7所高等学校拥有我国顶尖的国防工业科技实力和高质量的科技成果,与此同时,高校知识产权的创造、运用和管理为科技成果的创造、保护、转化落地均提供了重要的技术支撑。文章以专利分析及政策环境维度比对工信部七校科技发展态势,对明晰各类高校学科发展的优势及特色和推动国防工业重点院校明确自身定位具有重要意义。
Abstract:
The seven universities directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in China are universities with a long history of establishment and have made great contributions to Chinas national defense. As the backbone of Chinas national defense industry, seven colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have Chinas top scientific and technological strength in national defense industry and high-quality scientific and technological achievements. At the same time, the creation, application and management of intellectual property rights in colleges and universities provide important technical support for the creation, protection and transformation of scientific and technological achievements. This paper compares the scientific and technological development trend of the seven universities of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology with patent analysis and policy environment dimensions, which is of great significance for clarifying the advantages and characteristics of the discipline development of various universities and promoting the key universities of national defense industry to define their own positions.
