目的：了解广西医疗机构中药制剂发展现状，为加快医疗机构中药制剂发展及政策制定提供参考建议，推动广西中医药壮瑶医药事业发展。方法：对广西区内公立中医医院医疗机构中药制剂的生产、使用、研发情况等进行问卷调查及实地走访。结果：广西区内公立中医医院制剂室集中在三甲中医医院，制剂室总面积约34 400 m2，医疗机构中药制剂品种457个，优势品种128个，年均销售额约2亿元，其中，重点专科中骨伤科相关的中药制剂品种最多、使用量最大。县级中医医院主要以调剂使用制剂为主。调查显示计划开发医疗机构中药制剂品种数277个，正在开发的品种数有133个，存在医院研发经费投入不足、研发技术人员匮乏等问题，研发力量较为薄弱。结论：广西的医疗机构中药制剂发展空间大，建议政府部门应根据广西具体实际，不断吸取先进省份开发和推广使用医疗机构中药制剂的经验做法，推动广西中医药壮瑶医药事业发展。
Abstract:
Objective: To understand the current situation of the development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions in Guangxi, and to provide reference suggestions for speeding up the development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and policy formulation in medical institutions, so as to promote the development of Zhuang Yao medicine in Guangxi. Methods: The production, use, research and development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions of public TCM hospitals in Guangxi were investigated by questionnaire and field visits. Results: The preparation rooms of the public TCM hospitals in Guangxi are concentrated in the top three TCM hospitals. The total area of the preparation rooms is about 34 400 m2. There are 457 varieties of TCM preparations in medical institutions, 128 superior varieties, and the annual sales volume is about 200 million yuan. Among them, the traditional Chinese medicine preparation related to the department of orthopedics in the key specialty has the largest variety and the largest usage. County-level hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine mainly dispense the use of preparations. The survey shows that there are 277 varieties of traditional Chinese medicine preparations planned to be developed in medical institutions, and 133 varieties are under development. There are problems such as insufficient investment in hospital research and development funds, lack of research and development technicians, and weak research and development strength. Conclusion: There is a large space for the development of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions in Guangxi. It is suggested that the government should, according to the specific reality of Guangxi, constantly absorb the experience and practices of developing and promoting the use of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in medical institutions in advanced provinces, so as to promote the development of Zhuang Yao medicine in Guangxi.
