目的：了解2016年－2020年贺州市卫生资源配置与利用状况，为优化相关决策提供参考。方法：采用描述性分析方法，探讨2016年－2020年贺州市卫生资源配置及利用情况，并与广西水平进行比较。结果：2016年－2020年，贺州市医疗卫生机构数、医疗卫生机构床位数、卫生技术人员数、执业（助理）医师数、注册护士数逐年增长。贺州市每千人口拥有医疗卫生机构床位数、执业（助理）医师数增幅高于广西，每千人口卫生技术人员数、注册护士数增幅低于广西。全市医疗卫生机构总诊疗人次数、医院病床使用率、三级医院平均住院日、医院病床周转次数总体呈下降趋势，医疗卫生机构出院人数总体呈上升态势，但是医师人均服务量居高不下。结论：2016年－2020年贺州市卫生资源总量不断增加，医疗卫生机构布局趋于合理，但人均拥有卫生资源量仍远低于广西平均水平，医疗卫生机构整体配置需进一步完善，医生服务压力大。
Abstract:
Objective: To understand the allocation and utilization ststus of health resources in Hezhou city from 2016 to 2020, so as to provide reference for optimizing relevant decisions. Methods: Descriptive analysis was used to explore the allocation and utilization ststus of health resources in Hezhou city from 2016 to 2020, and compared with the level of Guangxi. Results: From 2016 to 2020, the number of beds in medical and health institutions, the number of health technicians, the number of practicing (assistant) doctors and the number of registered nurses in Hezhou city increased year by year. The increase of the number of beds in medical and health institutions and the number of practicing (assistant) physicians per 1000 population in Hezhou city was higher than that in Guangxi, while the increase of the number of health technicians and registered nurses per 1000 population was lower than that in Guangxi. The total number of medical and health institutions in the city, the utilization rate of hospital beds, the average hospitalization days of tertiary hospitals, and the number of hospital beds turnover are on the decline. The number of medical and health institutions discharged is on the rise, but the per capita service volume of doctors is still high. Conclusion: From 2016 to 2020, the total amount of health resources in Hezhou city continued to increase, and the layout of medical and health institutions tended to be reasonable. However, the per capita amount of health resources was still far below the average level of Guangxi. The overall configuration of medical and health institutions needs to be further improved, and the pressure on doctors services is great.
