摘要:
文章分析大型公立医院信息化的现状，提出医院领导、临床科室及信息中心面临的问题。结合医院IT日常运维服务的特点，对ITSS理论和标准进行研究，围绕人员、过程、技术、资源四个服务要素探索设计新型运维服务体系，并提出评价与改进的方法持续优化该服务体系，有效增强大型公立医院的管理水平，提高临床科室的工作效率，改进信息中心的IT服务能力。
Abstract:
This paper analyzes the current situation of informatization in large public hospitals, and puts forward the problems faced by hospital leaders, clinical departments and information centers. Combined with the characteristics of hospital IT daily operation and maintenance services, this paper studies the ITSS theory and standards, explores and designs a new operation and maintenance service system around the four service elements of personnel, process, technology and resources, and puts forward evaluation and improvement methods to continuously optimize the service system, effectively strengthen the management level of large public hospitals, improve the work efficiency of clinical departments and improve the IT service ability of information center.
