摘要:
文章从大学生自我教育、管理与服务的角度切入，辨析安全志愿者相关概念，分析建设高校安全志愿者队伍的必要性和存在的主要问题，提出从建设规划、人员选拔、岗位培训、日常管理、制度建设、对外交流等环节加强安全志愿者队伍建设的举措，以期达到推进高校安全志愿服务可持续发展的目标。
Abstract:
From the perspective of self-education, management and service of college students, this paper analyzes the relevant concepts of safety volunteers, analyzes the necessity and main problems of building a safety volunteers team in colleges and universities, and puts forward measures to strengthen the construction of safety volunteers from the aspects of construction planning, personnel selection, on-the-job training, daily management, system construction and foreign exchange, so as to achieve the goal of promoting the sustainable development of safety volunteer service in colleges and universities.
