摘要:
为使某在研SUV车型侧面柱碰达到2021版C-NCAP的五星要求,首先,根据收集整理的北美侧面柱碰数据初步设定车身侧围侵入设计目标值;然后,搭建侧面柱碰仿真计算模型进行有限元仿真计算并根据基础状态的结果对车身结构进行优化设计。通过分析对比不同方案,制定出能满足安全要求的方案,经CAE和实车试验验证有效。
Abstract:
In order to make the side pole impact of an SUV model under research meet the five-star requirements of 2021 version C-NCAP, firstly, the design target value of body side wall intrusion is preliminarily set according to the collected side pole impact data at north America. Then, the side column impact simulation calculation model is built for finite element simulation calculation and the optimization design of the body structure is carried out according to the results of the foundation state. Through analysis and comparison of different schemes, a scheme that can meet the safety requirements is developed, which is verified to be effective by CAE and real vehicle test.
