监测和测量是新奥地利隧道法的三个主要因素之一。通过对隧道岩体变形数据进行测量、采集和分析,测量数据可用于开挖结果的反馈,及时指导施工。隧道监测包括监测方法、监测设备、数据处理分析,并通过数据分析反馈来指导施工。以位于广西的凤山二号隧道现场监测为例,采用能量释放减压、及时封堵、开挖前帷幕灌浆、径向灌浆等措施控制高压地下水。采取提高支护刚度、双层一次支护、预支护、增加预变形、注浆加固、及时安装永久衬砌等措施,确保隧道的安全施工。研究为今后类似工程项目的设计、施工和监测提供有益的参考和指导。
Abstract:
Monitoring and measurement are one of the three main factors of the new Austrian tunneling law. By measuring, collecting and analyzing the deformation data of tunnel rock mass, the measured data can be used to feed back the excavation results and guide the construction in time. Tunnel monitoring includes monitoring methods, monitoring equipment, data processing and analysis, and guides construction through data analysis and feedback. Taking the on-site monitoring of Fengshan No.2 tunnel in Guangxi as an example, some reasonable suggestions are provided for the improvement of tunnel construction. Measures such as energy release and pressure reduction, timely plugging, curtain grouting before excavation and radial grouting are adopted to control high-pressure groundwater. Measures such as improving support stiffness, double-layer primary support, pre-support, increasing pre-deformation, grouting reinforcement and timely installing permanent lining are taken to ensure the safe construction of the tunnel. The study will provide useful reference and guidance for the design, construction and monitoring of similar projects in the future.
