摘要:
仓储是实现客户和企业衔接的重要桥梁，能够起到一定的中转作用，并对二者进行有效协调，对于现代企业的发展和建设来说具有非常重要的作用。在仓储管理的过程中，企业应该进一步强化仓储管理理念的创新，不断建立健全仓储管理体系，运用更为现代化的仓储管理方式方法，合理地安排仓储空间，对物料进行合理的管控，培育出更为优秀的仓储工作人员，提高企业运营效果，满足其发展需求。文章分析阐述了仓储管理中存在的问题，提出有效对策，提出优化仓储管理的质量和效率，进一步降低成本投入的相关对策。
Abstract:
Warehousing is an important bridge to realize the connection between customers and enterprises, which can play a certain transit role and effectively coordinate the two. It plays a very important role in the development and construction of modern enterprises. In the process of warehousing management, enterprises should further strengthen the innovation of warehousing management concept, constantly establish and improve the warehousing management system, use more modern warehousing management methods, reasonably arrange warehousing space, reasonably control materials, cultivate better warehousing staff, improve the operation effect of enterprises, and meet their development needs. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the storage management, puts forward effective countermeasures, and puts forward relevant countermeasures to optimize the quality and efficiency of the storage management and further reduce the cost input.
