工程认证基于“能力导向”，以大学生的能力作为衡量教学效果的依据，高校图书馆也以提升学生的学习能力为创新服务的导向，文章探讨了基于工程认证的图书馆创新服务途径，以期对信息时代图书馆在大学生能力养成方面提升创新服务水平提供新思路。
Abstract:
Engineering certification adopts "ability orientation", which takes the ability of college students as the basis to measure the teaching effect, and the university libraries also take improving students learning ability as the orientation of innovative service. This paper discusses the ways of library innovative service based on engineering certification, in order to provide new ideas for libraries to improve the level of innovative service in the cultivation of college students ability in the information age.
