摘要:
目的：观察分析心脏神经丛受局部阻断钠离子通道1.8的影响情况。方法：随机选取本次实验所用杂种犬共计20条（产地：广东省医学实验动物中心），选取时间均在2021年1月至2021年12月之间，通过随机分组处理，将其划分为观察组（n=10）与参照组（n=10），其中，观察组运用局部钠离子通道阻断剂，参照组运用二甲亚砜（浓度5%）/聚乙二醇（浓度95%），对右前神经丛与右下神经丛局部用药前后10分钟，高频电刺激右前神经丛导致的窦性心律、引起心房颤动过程中电压与心房颤动时心室率变化情况进行对比观察。结果：（1）由于刺激电压持续升高，参照组SR下降呈现线性进行性下降趋势，但是与观察组SR下降态势相比比较迟缓，统计学对比（P＜0.05）。（2）两组基础状态SR下降比例评测值对比，观察组SR下降比例表现更低，与参照组对比呈P＜0.05；（3）观察组的所需电压水平，相较于对照组明显升高，统计学对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；（4）在用药前8分钟，观察组的心率，相较于参照组明显较高，但是统计学对比差异较小（P＞0.05）。用药后8分钟，观察组的心率，相较于参照组明显偏高，统计学对比差异较大（P＜0.05）。结论：局部阻断钠离子通道1.8能够发挥调节心脏神经丛功能的作用，可为临床医师提供治疗心脏房颤等疾病的新思路，有较高的研究价值。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of local blocking of sodium channel 1.8 on cardiac plexus. Methods: A total of 20 mongrel dogs (origin: Guangdong Medical Experimental Animal Center) were randomly selected from January 2021 to December 2021. They were randomly divided into observation group (n = 10) and reference group (n = 10). The observation group was treated with local sodium channel blocker, and the reference group was treated with dimethyl sulfoxide (concentration 5%) / polyethylene glycol (concentration 95%). The sinus rhythm caused by high-frequency electrical stimulation of the right anterior plexus, the voltage during atrial fibrillation and the changes of ventricular rate during atrial fibrillation were compared and observed 10 minutes before and after local medication of the right anterior plexus and the right lower plexus. Results: (1) As the stimulation voltage continued to rise, the SR of the reference group showed a linear and progressive downward trend, but it was slower than that of the observation group, with statistical comparison (P < 0.05) (2) Compared with the evaluation value of SR decline ratio of the two groups, the SR decline ratio of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group, compared with the reference group, P < 0.05 (3) The required voltage level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05) (4) The heart rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group 8 minutes before the treatment, but the statistical difference was small (P > 0.05). At 8 minutes after administration, the heart rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Local blocking of sodium channel 1.8 can play a role in regulating the function of cardiac plexus, and can provide clinicians with new ideas for the treatment of cardiac atrial fibrillation and other diseases, which has high research value.
