针对兰坪某氧化铅锌矿石含泥量高、氧化率高、易泥化等特点,进行了选矿试验研究,试验采用水玻璃与G-1组合为矿泥分散与抑制剂、硫化钠为铅浮选硫化剂及锌浮选pH调整剂、CF-35A与丁基黄药组合为氧化铅物捕收剂、N-4为氧化锌矿物捕收剂,可实现氧化铅锌矿全泥浮选,工艺简单,分选指标较好。闭路试验指标为:铅精矿品位为45.23%,铅回收率为80.27%;锌精矿品位为32.32%,锌回收率为85.06%。

According to the characteristics of a lead-zinc oxide ore in Lanping, such as high slime content, high oxidation rate and easy sliming, the mineral processing experiment was carried out. The experiment adopted the combination of sodium silicate and G-1 as slime dispersion and inhibitor, sodium sulfide as the lead flotation vulcanizing agent and zinc flotation pH regulator, CF-35A and butyl xanthate as lead oxide collector, and N-4 as zinc oxide mineral collector, which can realize the whole slime flotation of lead-zinc oxide ore. The process is simple and the separation index is good. The closed-circuit test indicators are: the grade of lead concentrate is 45.23%, and the lead recovery rate is 80.27% the grade of zinc concentrate is 32.32%, and the zinc recovery rate is 85.06%.
