钢桁梁的顶推施工有着占地少、施工过程连续、结构整体性好、设备和模板能够反复利用、施工过程中无噪音且施工速度一般较快等优势,在跨线钢箱梁桥施工中得到广泛应用。文章以广西区内某大跨钢桁的梁顶推施工流程、顶推施工技术特点、顶推施工控制要点进行了深入分析,且对比较重要的施工环节也提出了相应的施工技术方案及注意事项,提高了施工过程的安全系数,确保钢桁梁能够准确无误地顶推到指定位置。

The pushing construction of steel truss beam has the advantages of small footprint, continuous construction process, good structural integrity, repeated use of equipment and formwork, no noise in the construction process, and generally fast construction speed. It has been widely used in the construction of cross-line steel box girder bridges. This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the steel truss beam pushing construction process, pushing echnical characteristics and construction control points of a large-span steel truss in Guangxi, and also puts forward the corresponding construction technical scheme and precautions for the more important construction links, which improves the safety coefficient of the construction process and ensures that the steel truss can be accurately pushed to the specified position.
