摘要:
高职院校的制度档案建设能够为深化校本办学改革发挥重要的资政参考作用，是高职院校探索职业教育类型建设、助推由规模发展转向内涵升级、推进“双高”建设、推进治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然，但是当前仍然面临着顶层设计不足、归档保存滞后、校本督查缺位和缺少有效反馈等主要问题。为此，高职院校应加强制度档案建设的顶层设计，紧贴职业教育重大改革推进制度档案的归档保存，建立制度档案建设的质量保障机制，健全制度档案建设的落实机制，构建制度档案建设的反馈机制。
Abstract:
The construction of institutional archives in higher vocational colleges can play an important role as a reference for the deepening the reform of school-based education. It is inevitable for higher vocational colleges to explore the construction of vocational education types, promote the transformation from scale development to connotation upgrading, promote the construction of "double high", and promote the modernization of governance system and governance ability. However, at present, they are still facing the main problems such as insufficient top-level design, lagging archiving and preservation, absence of school-based supervision and lack of effective feedback. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should strengthen the top-level design of institutional archives construction, adhere to the major reform of vocational education, promote the archiving and preservation of institutional archives, establish the quality assurance mechanism of institutional archives construction, improve the implementation mechanism of institutional archives construction, and construct the feedback mechanism of institutional archives construction.
