摘要:
中职学生作为新时代社会拥有持续学习能力的新型高素质劳动者，劳动幸福观的培育作为劳动教育的核心，对于中职学生的职业生涯和社会的经济发展至关重要。文章具体分析了新时代下中职学生观念培育现状及影响因素，并提出中职学生劳动幸福观培育路径，认为需联合学校、家庭、社会三者，才能更好地发挥协同育人的作用。
Abstract:
As a new type of high-quality workers with continuous learning ability in the new era, the cultivation of the concept of labor happiness, as the core of labor education, is very important for the career and social economic development of secondary vocational students. This paper analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of the concept cultivation of secondary vocational students in the new era, and puts forward the cultivation path of the concept of labor happiness of secondary vocational students. It believes that it is necessary to combine school, family and society in order to better play the role of collaborative education.
