文章通过问卷调查法，对6所高校非体育专业大学生参加课外体育锻炼的情奖品进行调查研究，对回收的数据进行描述性统计和相关分析等，考察广西大学体育锻炼现状，找出存在问题，并分析其影响因素，提出建议和改进措施，以期为今后高校更好地开展大学生体育锻炼提供参考。
Abstract:
Through the method of questionnaire survey, this paper investigates and studies the emotional awards of non-sports major college students in 6 colleges and universities who participate in extracurricular physical exercise, makes descriptive statistics and correlation analysis on the collected data, inspects the current situation of physical exercise in Guangxi University, finds out the existing problems, analyzes its influencing factors, and puts forward suggestions and improvement measures, in order to provide reference for colleges and universities to better carry out physical exercise for college students in the future.
