摘要:
开展大学生创新创业训练计划项目是各大高校提升竞争力和增强大学生创新、实践和创业能力的重要抓手。以南宁师范大学为例，调查分析发现大创项目实施过程中存在项目内容来源渠道单一、指导老师专业性不强和团队成员专业融合优势不明显等问题，并针对性的提出了应对措施和建议，以促进项目的高质量、可持续发展。
Abstract:
Carrying out the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students is an important starting point for major colleges and universities to enhance their competitiveness and enhance their innovation, practice and entrepreneurship ability. Taking Nanning Normal University as an example, the investigation and analysis found that there were some problems in the implementation of big innovation project, such as the single source channel of project content, the weak professionalism of instructors and the unclear advantages of professional integration of team members, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of big innovation project.
