摘要:
目的：描述急性白血病患者生活质量的现状，探讨不同疾病特征的急性白血病患者生活质量的差异，分析急性白血病患者不同疾病特征与生活质量的关系，为提高生活质量的护理措施研究提供依据。方法：选取乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等医院符合纳入排除标准的253例住院急性白血病患者，采用一般资料及疾病特征信息表收集患者人口学资料，采集血常规检查来测量白细胞计数、血红蛋白浓度、血小板计数，采用急性白血病患者癌症功能评价量表（FACT-Leu）测量患者生活质量水平。结果：本研究急性白血病患者的生活质量得分为（106.7±25.4）分；经单因素方差分析显示，不同疾病特征下的急性白血病患者生活质量的差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），具有可比性；急性白血病患者不同疾病特征中，近一周有无发热与生活质量呈负相关，诊断类型、病程、血红蛋白浓度及血小板计数与生活质量之间呈正相关。结论：急性白血病患者生活质量水平不高，根据患者的诊断类型、治疗阶段、病程、有无发热情况及血常规指标等疾病特征进行动态评估，给予针对性的护理措施，有助于提升其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To describe the current situation of quality of life in patients with acute leukemia, explore the differences of quality of life in patients with acute leukemia with different disease characteristics, and analyze the relationship between different disease characteristics and quality of life in patients with acute leukemia, so as to provide basis for the study of nursing measures to improve quality of life. Methods: 253 hospitalized patients with acute leukemia who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in a class III class a hospital in Urumqi were selected. The demographic data of patients were collected by using the general data and disease characteristics information table, and the white blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration and platelet count were measured by blood routine examination. The quality of life of patients was measured by the cancer function evaluation scale (FACT-Leu). Results: The quality of life score of acute leukemia patients in this study was (106.7±25.4) one-way variance analysis showed that the quality of life of patients with acute leukemia under different disease characteristics was statistically significant (P<0.05), which was comparable among the different disease characteristics of acute leukemia patients, whether there is fever in the past week is negatively correlated with quality of life, and there is a positive correlation between diagnostic type, course of disease, hemoglobin concentration and platelet count and quality of life. Conclusion: The quality of life of patients with acute leukemia is not high, and the patients diagnosis type, treatment stage, course, fever status and blood routine indicators and other disease characteristics are dynamically assessed, and targeted nursing measures are given to help improve their quality of life.
