文章以WZ制药生产车间为例，对车间现场布局、优化流程、转变物料输送、精益维修等方式进行系统分析，以实现减少环节劳动量、降低成本提高效率的目的。逐个检查生产管理等方面，制定研究方案，将精益作为实现精益生产制造、提高企业盈利能力的手段，在精益生产的指导下，对其他制药企业有很好的借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Taking WZ pharmaceutical production workshop as an example, this paper makes a systematic analysis on the on-site layout of the workshop, optimization of process, transformation of material transportation and lean maintenance, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing link labor, reducing cost and improving efficiency. Inspect the production management and other aspects one by one, formulate research plans, take lean as the method to realize lean manufacturing and improve the profitability of enterprises. It is helpful for other pharmaceutical enterprises to make a good reference under the guidance of lean production.
