摘要:
目的：研究血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症的临床疗效观察研究。方法：选取广西巴马瑶族自治县人民医院就诊121例维持性血液透析的尿毒症患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，分别设为对照组60例，观察组61例。其中男86例，女35例。对照组予单独的血液透析治疗方法，观察组采用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗方法。记录并比较两组患者的临床疗效以及各项指标的变化情况。结果：观察组临床疗效以及各项指标变化等情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：采用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症的效果显著，可有效改善患者的尿毒症情况，可以提升患者的生存率，这样能够轻患者因疾病产生的痛苦，使其在临床上的各项指标得到明显的改善，能够在临床中广泛的应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of uremia. Methods: A total of 121 uremic patients with maintenance hemodialysis treated in Guangxi Peoples Hospital of Bama Yao Autonomous County from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in the control group and 61 cases in the observation group. There were 86 males and 35 females. The control group was given hemodialysis alone, while the observation group was given hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion. The clinical efficacy and the changes of various indicators were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results: The clinical efficacy and the changes of various indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in the treatment of uremia is remarkable, which can effectively improve the uremia situation of patients, In this way, the pain of patients due to disease can be alleviated, and its clinical indicators can be significantly improved , which can be widely used in clinical practice.
