摘要:
帕金森病属于神经系统退化性疾病，进展缓慢，但大部分帕金森病患者均出现抑郁症状，若不及时治疗会引发其他并发症，严重影响生活质量。因帕金森进展缓慢，长期服用西药治疗会增加不良反应风险，故很多临床研究学者提出从中医角度治疗该疾病，中医药方和疗法安全性高，适用于帕金森病抑郁治疗。近年来，不少研究报道提出帕金森病抑郁中医治疗方案，现总结帕金森病抑郁中医治疗研究进展，从帕金森病抑郁的病因病机、辨证论治、中医治疗进行阐述。
Abstract:
Parkinsons disease is a degenerative disease of the nervous system with slow progress. However, most patients with Parkinsons disease have depressive symptoms. If not treated in time, it will lead to other complications and seriously affect the quality of life. Due to the slow progress of Parkinsons disease, long-term treatment with western medicine will increase the risk of adverse reactions. Therefore, most clinical researchers have proposed that the disease should be treated from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and therapies are safe and suitable for the treatment of Parkinsons disease depression. In recent years, many research reports have proposed TCM treatment schemes for Parkinsons disease depression. This paper summarizes the research progress of TCM treatment of Parkinsons disease depression, and expounds the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment, and TCM treatment of Parkinsons disease depression.
