摘要:
审计监督作为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的一部分，同时也是高校依法治校的重要组成部分，是新时代赋予审计工作的新职责和新使命。文章阐述了高校EPC项目全过程跟踪审计的体系实践和存在的问题，提出了管理、技术、经济三方面审计的对策。
Abstract:
As a part of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, audit supervision is also an important part of the legal governance of colleges and universities. It is a new responsibility and mission entrusted to audit work in the new era. This paper expounds the system practice and existing problems of tracking audit in the whole process of EPC project in colleges and universities, and puts forward the countermeasures of audit in three aspects of management, technology and economy.
