摘要:
化工新材料项目具有高投入、高技术、上下游产业链关系紧密等特点，在进行多方案厂址优选过程中，涉及的影响因素较多且复杂，很难直观地判断出各个方案的优势，做出最优的选择。文章采用AHP-模糊综合评价法，将主要影响因素建设条件、投资费用和运营费用进行量化，再运用模糊数学进行评价，为企业决策者提供系统的、量化的参考依据。
Abstract:
New chemical materials project has the characteristics of high investment, high technology and close relationship between upstream and downstream industrial chains. In the process of multi scheme site optimization, there are many and complex influencing factors, so it is difficult to intuitively judge the advantages of each scheme and make the best choice. This paper uses AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the main influencing factors construction conditions, investment costs and operating costs, and then uses fuzzy mathematics to evaluate, so as to provide systematic and quantitative reference for enterprise decision-makers.
