目的：调查广西医学科技期刊媒体融合发展现状，为其媒体融合长远发展提供参考。方法：对广西14种医学科技期刊的门户网站、期刊数据库平台等进行搜索调查，探索其媒体融合情况。结果：广西14种医学科技期刊已全部建设门户网站，并同时开展了数字采编系统进行应用，覆盖率达100%。其中除《华夏医学》外，其他期刊门户网站均免费提供开放获取（OA）。《结直肠肛门外科》设有免费Email-Alert服务。所有14种期刊经搜索均未发现期刊APP，但有6种期刊建设了微信公众号，然而能够提供投稿查询及过刊浏览的仅3种（《结直肠肛门外科》《中国临床新医学》《广西医科大学学报》），且内容与期刊门户网站基本重复。14种期刊均为发布网络首发，亦未使用ORCID码，但其中10种期刊使用了DOI码，占比71.43%。除《应用预防医学》《右江民族医学院学报》没有被超星收录外，其它均被知网、万方、维普、超星四大国内期刊数据库收录，而商业期刊网只有《中国临床新医学》在博看发布，无一期刊与龙源期刊网合作。结论：广西14种医学科技期刊基本实现了数据采集、在线投稿、在线审稿、在线编辑加工、内容发布全流程的数字化。OA服务较为普及，但期刊订阅、数字出版和出版新技术应用情况较差。国内大型期刊数据库合作较普及，但极少与商业期刊网合作。广西14种医学科技期刊的数字化出版仍有许多细节可以完善，深入媒体融合发展任重道远。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the development status of media convergence of medical science journals in Guangxi, and to provide reference for the long-term development of media convergence. Methods: The portal websites and journal database platforms of 14 medical science and technology journals in Guangxi were searched and investigated to explore the media convergence. Results: All the 14 medical science and technology journals in Guangxi have built portal websites, and at the same time carried out the application of digital collection and editing system, the coverage rate reached 100%. Except Huaxia Medicine, other journal portals provide open access (OA) free of charge. Colorectal and Anal Surgery has a free email-Alert service. APP was not found in the search of all 14 journals, but 6 journals have established WeChat official accounts. However, only 3 journals (Colorectal and Anal Surgery, Chinese Clinical New Medicine, and Journal of Guangxi Medical University) can provide submission inquiry and back issue browsing, and the content is basically the same as journal portal websites. 14 journals were first published on the network and did not use ORCID code, but 10 of them used DOI code, accounting for 71.43%. Except Applied Preventive Medicine and Journal of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities are not included by Super Star, the other four domestic journal databases are included by CNKI, Wanfang, Vip and Super Star, while the commercial journal network only China Clinical New Medicine published in the blog, none of them cooperate with Longyuan journal network. Conclusion: The whole process of data collection, online submission, online review, online editing and processing, and content publishing is basically realized in 14 medical science and technology journals in Guangxi. OA service is relatively popular, but periodical subscription, digital publishing and the application of new publishing technology are poor. The cooperation of large periodical database is popular in China, but it rarely cooperates with commercial periodical network. There are still many details to be improved in the digital publishing of 14 medical science journals in Guangxi, and there is still a long way to go in the development of in-depth media convergence.
