摘要:
随着我国建筑行业的快速发展，在建筑施工工艺、建筑工程质量等方面都有很大的提升，很多建设项目具有建筑结构复杂、建筑体量庞大、施工工艺复杂等特点，导致施工现场安全文明施工管理面临新的挑战。文章通过论述建筑施工现场安全施工管理的重要意义，分析建筑施工现场安全管理存在的问题，提出从加强安全文明意识、加大监督力度、完善安全施工责任制度、强化安全文明费管理、加强风险源的管控、为施工作业人员办理人身意外险、BIM技术融入等方面来解决问题。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of Chinas construction industry, great improvements have been made in construction technology and construction project quality, many construction projects have the characteristics of complex building structure, large building volume and complex construction technology, which leads to new challenges for the safe and civilized construction management of the construction site. By discussing the significance of safety construction management on construction site, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the safety management of the construction site, and puts forward to solve the problems from the aspects of strengthening safety and civilization consciousness, strengthening supervision, perfecting safety construction responsibility system, strengthening safety and civilization cost management, strengthening the control of risk sources, handling personal accident insurance for construction workers, and integrating BIM technology.
