摘要:
目的：分析在妇科疾病治疗中放置曼月乐节育环取得的临床疗效。方法：选取广西岑溪市妇幼保健院妇产科2018年1月至2021年12月收治的276例妇科疾病患者，采用随机数字表法分为两组各138例。对照组采取促性腺释放激素激动剂治疗，观察组采取放置曼月乐节育环治疗，3个月复查时后比较两组疗效差异。结果：治疗前两组患者的性激素指标、性生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），3个月复查时均较各组治疗前改善，且观察组改善效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：放置曼月乐节育环治疗妇科疾病可以显著改善患者性激素水平、提升其性生活质量，且不良反应发生率低，值得推广使用。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of placing Mirena contraceptive ring in the treatment of gynecological diseases. Methods: 276 patients with gynecological diseases admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Cenxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangxi from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups with 138 cases by random number table method. The control group was treated with a gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist, and the observation group was treated with Mirena contraceptivel ring. The difference in efficacy between the two groups was compared after 3 months of reexamination. Results: Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the sex hormone indicators and quality of sexual life scores between the two groups of patients (P>0.05), and the improvement in the observation group was better than that of the control group at the 3-month review, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: Placing Mirena contraceptive ring in the treatment of gynecological diseases can significantly improve the level of sex hormones and improve the quality of sexual life of patients, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which is worthy of popularization.
