目的：分析在体检中心护理服务中开展细节性干预的应用价值。方法：选取2020年9月至2021年9月期间来自体检中心140例受检者按照随机抽签结果进行分组，即干预组和对照组，分别为70例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组开展细节性护理，对比组间受检者在不同护理干预下体检知识认知水平及护理服务质量、护理满意度、体检依从性的差异。结果：护理前，组间受检者体检知识认知水平无明显差异，P＞0.05；护理后，干预组较对照组高，P＜0.05。干预组护理质量评分高于对照组，干预组护理满意度高于对照组，干预组体检依从性明显高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：为提高体检中心对于受检者的服务质量，可给予其细节性护理干预。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the application value of carrying out detailed intervention in the nursing service of physical examination center. Methods: 140 examinees from the physical examination center from September 2020 to September 2021 were randomly divided into two groups, namely the intervention group and the control group, 70 cases respectively. The control group received routine nursing, and the intervention group carried out detailed nursing. The cognitive level of physical examination knowledge, nursing service quality, nursing satisfaction and physical examination compliance of examinees under different nursing interventions were compared between groups. Results: Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the cognitive level of physical examination knowledge between groups, P>0.05 After nursing, the intervention group was higher than the control group, P<0.05. Nursing quality score of intervention group was higher than control group, nursing satisfaction of intervention group was higher than control group, physical examination compliance of intervention group was significantly higher than control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: In order to improve the service quality of the examinee in the physical examination center, detailed nursing intervention can be given to them.
