摘要:
汽车传动系统在工作时会产生非常明显的振动和噪声,在车辆前进行驶过程中,汽车传动轴产生高速旋转,由传动轴本身扭转产生的弯曲和扭转振动会激起车内明显的振动和噪声,当车内振动和噪声水平达到一定程度时,会导致客户体验下降,抱怨度增加。文章通过传动轴万向节优化,改善整车行驶扭振问题,提高车辆动态品质。
Abstract:
When the vehicle transmission system works, it will produce very obvious vibration and noise. During the forward driving of the vehicle, the vehicle transmission shaft will rotate at high speed. The bending and torsional vibration generated by the torsion of the transmission shaft itself will arouse obvious vibration and noise in the vehicle. When the vibration and noise level in the vehicle reaches a certain level, it will lead to the decline of customer experience and the increase of complaint. Through the optimization of transmission shaft universal joint, this paper improves the torsional vibration of the whole vehicle and improves the dynamic quality of the vehicle.
