文章采用乙醇水溶液浸提川红橘皮黄酮类物质,研究了乙醇水溶液浓度、浸提温度、液料比、浸提时间对川红橘皮黄酮得率的影响;同时,比较了新川红橘皮与三年陈川红橘皮黄酮得率。实验结果表明,浸提川红橘皮黄酮类化合物最佳工艺条件为乙醇水溶液浓度50 %,浸提温度80℃,液料比40∶1 mL/g,浸提时间60 min,最佳工艺条件下新制川红橘陈皮黄酮得率为6.232 mg/g;三年制川红橘陈皮黄酮含量8.384 mg/g。
Abstract:
In this paper, flavonoids from Sichuan red orange peel were extracted with ethanol aqueous solution. The effects of ethanol aqueous solution concentration, extraction temperature, liquid-solid ratio and extraction time on the yield of flavonoid from Sichuan red orange peel were studied at the same time, the flavonoid yields of Sichuan red orange peel and three-year old Sichuan red orange peel were compared. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions for extracting flavonoid from Sichuan red orange peel were ethanol aqueous solution concentration of 50%, extraction temperature of 80℃, liquid material ratio of 40∶1 mL/g and extraction time of 60 min. Under the optimum technological conditions, the yield of flavonoid from Sichuan red orange peel was 6.232 mg/g the flavone content of three-year old Sichuan red orange peel was 8.384 mg/g.
