摘要:
校企深度合作是新能源汽车人才培养的重要途径,是提高人才培养质量和专业建设关键之路。深化新能源汽车专业群与企业群校企合作,增强校企双方合作效益,实现个体向群体校企合作迈进,促进校企多层次多维度合作。文章通过人才培养模式改革的出发点,梳理核心要素,搭建人才培养模式校企合作框架,促进“专业群协同”和“企业群协同”效应。成效证明,两个群体的合作可以不断提升新能源汽车人才培养质量,促进校企共同发展。
Abstract:
In-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises is an important way to cultivate new energy vehicle talents, and it is the key way to improve the quality of talent cultivation and professional construction. Deepen the cooperation between the new energy vehicle professional group and the enterprise group school-enterprise, enhance the cooperation efficiency between schools and enterprises, realize the individual to the group school-enterprise cooperation, and promote the school-enterprise multi-level and multi-dimensional cooperation. Through the starting point of the reform of the talent training mode, this paper sorts out the core elements, establishes the school-enterprise cooperation framework for the talent training model, and promotes the effect of "professional group synergy" and "enterprise group synergy". The results show that the cooperation between the two groups can continuously improve the quality of new energy vehicle personnel training and promote the common development of schools and enterprises.
