摘要:
目的：了解桂林市高校大学生对人乳头瘤病毒（human papilloma virus，HPV）疫苗接种意愿及其影响因素，为推广HPV疫苗接种工作提供重要参考。方法：采用分层及整群抽样方法随机抽取桂林市三所高校大学生进行问卷调查，比较不同特征大学生HPV疫苗接种意愿的差别，并采用Logistic回归模型分析大学生HPV疫苗接种意愿的影响因素。结果：本次调查总共收回问卷470份，获得有效问卷443份，问卷有效率为94.26%。调查结果显示，桂林市大学生HPV疫苗知晓率较低，性别、专业、对HPV及其疫苗认知程度、对HPV相关疾病及疫苗态度以及有性行为经历是影响桂林市大学生HPV疫苗意愿的主要影响因素。结论：桂林市高校大学生对HPV疫苗知晓率低、认知程度不足，但接种意愿高，故需在高校开展全面健康教育和健康促进，提高对HPV疫苗的认知水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To understand the willingness and its influencing factors of human papilloma virus(HPV) vaccination among college students in Guilin, so as to provide important reference for the promotion of HPV vaccination. Methods: Stratified and cluster sampling methods were used to randomly select college students from three colleges and universities in Guilin for questionnaire survey. The differences of HPV vaccination willingness of college students with different characteristics were compared, and the influencing factors of HPV vaccination willingness of college students were analyzed by Logistic regression model. Results: A total of 470 questionnaires were collected and 443 valid questionnaires were obtained. The effective rate of the questionnaire was 94.26%. The survey results show that the awareness rate of HPV vaccine among college students in Guilin is low. Gender, major, awareness of HPV and its vaccine, attitude towards HPV related diseases and vaccine and sexual behavior experience are the main influencing factors affecting the willingness of college students to HPV vaccine in Guilin. Conclusion: College students in Guilin have low awareness and insufficient cognition of HPV vaccine, but their willingness to vaccinate is high. Therefore, comprehensive health education and health promotion should be carried out in colleges and universities to improve their cognition of HPV vaccine.
