摘要:
目的：探究雷火灸法结合针刺对于缺血性脑卒中患者的临床效果。方法：选取衡水市第六人民医院2017年9月至2019年9月收治的缺血性脑卒中患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组给予针刺疗法，观察组在针刺治疗基础上给予改良雷火灸法，观察分析两组患者的临床效果和日常生活活动能力状况。结果：治疗后，两组患者的日常生活能力均有所改善，且观察组的改善状况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组的总有效率明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：雷火灸法结合针刺治疗对于缺血性脑卒中患者有显著的临床效果，有利于患者恢复正常的日常生活能力。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with acupuncture on patients with ischemic stroke. Methods: A total of 80 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the Sixth Peoples Hospital of Hengshui City from September 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given acupuncture therapy, and the observation group was given improved thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of acupuncture treatment. The clinical effects and daily living activities of patients in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results: After treatment, the ability of daily living of patients in both groups were improved, and the improvement of observation group was significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of thunder and fire moxibustion has significant clinical effect on patients with ischemic stroke, which is beneficial to restore the normal ability of daily living.
