摘要:
目的：运用数据挖掘技术探讨椎动脉型颈椎病的选穴规律分析，为临床针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病开拓新思路。 方法：检索建库至2021年7月中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方学术期刊全文数据库（Wangfang）、维普中文科技期刊数据库（VIP）中针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床文献，按纳入和排除标准筛选文献选穴处方，运用R4.0.3中的arules软件进行描述性分析和关联分析。结果：共筛选出文献44篇，共涉及54个穴位，主要归经为足少阳胆经、督脉。特定穴以交会穴、奇穴、输穴为主。腧穴分部主要在头颈部、下肢部。结论：运用数据挖掘技术得到针灸治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的首选穴位为风池穴，核心穴位组成为凤池-颈夹脊、百会。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the regularity of acupoint selection for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by using data mining technology, and to explore new ideas for clinical acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods: The clinical literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type from the establishment of the database to July 2021 in China National Knowledge Infrastructure ( CNKI ), Wang Fang Academic Journal Full-text Database ( Wangfang ) and VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database ( VIP ) were retrieved. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the acupoint prescriptions were screened, and the descriptive analysis and correlation analysis were performed by arules software in R4.0.3. Results: A total of 44 articles were screened, involving 54 acupoints, mainly attributed to the Foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian and Du meridian. The specific acupoints are mainly Jiaohui, Qi and Shu. Acupoints are mainly in the head and neck, lower limbs. Conclusion: Using data mining technology to get acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis preferred point is Fengchi, the core point is Fengchi, cervical Jiaji and Baihui.
