摘要:
目的：针对雷火灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后足下垂患者的临床应用效果的研究。方法：选取2016年6月至2018年6月收治于衡水市第六人民医院的脑卒中后足下垂患者100例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各50例，对照组给予常规康复训练，治疗组患者在常规康复训练的基础上给予雷火灸治疗，观察分析两组患者足下垂的临床效果及关节活动范围变化程度。结果：经治疗，两组患者足下垂临床效果均明显，且治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的踝关节主动活动范围均有所改善，且治疗组的主动踝关节活动范围明显大于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：雷火灸联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后足下垂临床效果显著，值得临床推广和应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of foot ptosis after stroke. Methods: A total of 100 patients with foot ptosis after stroke admitted to the Sixth Peoples Hospital of Hengshui City from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, and the patients in the treatment group was given thunder fire moxibustion treatment on the basis of routine rehabilitation training. The clinical effect of foot ptosis and the change of joint range of motion in the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results: After treatment, the clinical effect of foot ptosis in both groups was obvious, and the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the active range of ankle motion of the two groups was improved, and the active range of ankle motion of the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of foot ptosis after stroke is significant, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
