摘要:
在临床疾病的诊断过程中，疾病诊断分组是指结合就医者诊断出的疾病、患者主要的诊疗方式、年龄、病情严重程度、转归、合并症、并发症等等影响因素，将其分至各类疾病的诊断治疗体系分类管理中。从护理管理的层面中出发，根据疾病诊断分组的付费形式的优势，结合当前DRGs模式（Diagnosis Related Groups—疾病诊断相关分类）对于护理管理、运营成本的研究展开分析，以此更好地促进和DRGs模式相适应的护理管理，最大程度上提高护理项目成本的计算科学性及准确性。文章分析了DRGs模式下护理管理与成本之间的关系、DRGs模式下具体实施的策略，针对DRGs模式制定的价值、原则及相应的方式、DRGs模式在国内护理中的应用现状等展开了综述。
Abstract:
In the process of clinical disease diagnosis, disease diagnosis grouping refers to the classification management of the diagnosis and treatment system of various diseases in combination with the diseases diagnosed by the doctor, the main diagnosis and treatment methods of the patients, age, severity of the disease, prognosis, complications, complications and other influencing factors. Starting from the level of nursing management, according to the advantages of the payment form of disease diagnosis groups, combined with the current DRGs model (Diagnosis Related Groups), the research on nursing management and operation cost is analyzed, so as to better promote the nursing management suitable for the DRGs model, to improve the scientificity and accuracy of nursing project cost calculation to the greatest extent. In order to analyze the research progress between nursing management and cost under DRGs mode and the specific implementation strategies under DRGs mode, the author reviewed the value, principles and corresponding methods of DRGs mode and the application status of DRGs mode in domestic nursing.
