摘要:
随着大数据时代到来，大数据技术越来越广泛和深入应用到各行各业诸多领域，高校毕业生就业指导工作也将面临新的挑战和机遇。文章分析了当前高校就业工作中存在困难和问题，论述利用大数据技术创新就业指导工作，对完善就业服务体系，提高就业服务质量和效果，促进毕业生积极就业，具有十分重要的意义。
Abstract:
With the advent of the era of big data, big data technology is more and more widely and deeply applied to many fields of all walks of life, and the employment guidance for college graduates will also face new challenges and opportunities. This paper analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the current employment of colleges and universities, and draws out the important role of using big data technology in employment guidance. It is of great significance to make use of big data technology to innovate employment guidance, improve employment service system, improve the quality and effect of employment service, and promote graduates to be more active in employment.
