摘要:
高校实验队伍的稳定、建设与发展，直接关系到高校实践教学的效果和创新人才的培养。文章通过分析当前实验队伍建设方面现状及原因，结合“学生中心，产出导向，持续改进”工程教育认证理念，提出了在工程教育认证背景下开展工程教育、教学实践活动要重视实验队伍建设，教学实践和学生创新创业活动才能取得良好效果。并指出建设一支综合素质高、工作能力突出、创新意识强的实验队伍必须从加强实验队伍自身能力建设、理顺管理方式，改变现有评价方式，加强实验队伍团队建设着手。
Abstract:
The stability, construction and development of experimental teams in colleges and universities are directly related to the effect of practical teaching and the cultivation of innovative talents. By analyzing the current situation and reasons of he construction of experimental team, combined with the engineering education certification concept of "student-centered, output oriented and continuous improvement", this paper puts forward that in order to carry out engineering education and teaching practice activities under the background of engineering education certification, we should pay attention to the construction of experimental team, teaching practice and students innovation and entrepreneurship activities can achieve good results. This paper points out that to build an experimental team with high comprehensive quality, outstanding working ability and strong innovation consciousness, we must start from strengthening the ability construction of the experimental team, straightening out the management mode, changing the existing evaluation mode and strengthening the construction of the experimental team
