摘要:
广西北部湾港作为21世纪海上丝绸之路与丝绸之路经济带有机衔接的重要门户,在国内建设中突出发展以西部陆海新通道为支撑的海铁多式联运,文章对北部湾港多式联运发展现状及问题进行深入分析,并基于降本增效、智能集约、绿色低碳理念,为打造“交通枢纽+运输体系+联运标准+信息共享+协同机制”五位一体的立体化多式联运高质量发展体系提供对策建议,进而助力推动北部湾港形成“南向北联东融西合”全方位开放新格局,以促进北部湾经济高质量发展。
Abstract:
Guangxi Beibu gulf port as an important gateway for the organic connection between the maritime silk road and the silk road economic belt in the 21st century, highlights the development of sea rail multimodal transport supported by the new land and sea channel in the west. This paper deeply analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of multimodal transport in Beibu gulf port, and based on the concepts of cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, intelligent intensification, green and low carbon, in order to build the five in one three-dimensional multimodal transport high-quality development system of "transportation hub + transportation system + intermodal sandard + information sharing + coordination mechanism" provides countermeasures and suggestions, so as to help promote the formation of a new omni-directional opening pattern of "connecting south to north, integrating east and west" in Beibu gulf port, so as to promote the high-quality economic development of Beibu gulf.
