目的：了解南宁市65岁及以上居家老人健康照顾需求，为进一步建立健全社区居家老人综合健康照顾服务体系提供依据。方法：随机抽取拟调查的老年人，采用自行设计的问卷，以无记名面对面询问方式实施现场调查。结果：社区健康需求强前三位是健康体检（78%）、健康教育（74.3%）和健康教育档案及维护（72.9%）。过半的老人对社区卫生服务项目都有需求，而上门医疗的需求不足（34.1%）。结论：社区居家老人健康照顾需求中，生活照顾项目和心理健康服务项目的需求不足，对老年活动中心、卫生服务需求大。但是，在社区卫生服务需求中，康复指导、中医药服务、老年专科门诊等利用不足，需要加大社区卫生资源利用。
Abstract:
Objective: To understand the health care needs of home-based elderly aged 65 and above in Nanning, and to provide basis for further establishing and perfecting the comprehensive health care service system for community home-based elderly. Methods: The elderly to be investigated were randomly selected, and the on-the-spot investigation was carried out by anonymous face-to-face inquiry with a self-designed questionnaire. Results: The top three with strong community health needs are physical examination (78%), health education (74.3%) and health education archives and maintenance (72.9%). More than half of the elderly have demand for community health services, while the demand for home-based medical care is insufficient (34.1%). Conclusion: Among the health care needs of the elderly at home in the community, the needs of life care projects and mental health services are insufficient, and there is a large demand for elderly activity centers and health services. However, in the demand for community health services, the utilization of rehabilitation guidance, traditional Chinese medicine services and geriatric specialist clinics is insufficient, so it is necessary to increase the utilization of community health resources.
