摘要:
目前，创新创业教育已成为高校大学生必修课之一，大学生群体也是创新创业活动的重要群体，因此研究大学生创业意愿的影响因素具有重要的实践意义。本研究通过线上线下并行的方式获取了443份问卷，运用logit模型分析问卷数据发现：以往的社团活动经历、父母及亲友创业、创业教育中的个人因素和学校因素、创业扶持政策、创业者的个人特质、创业自我效能感都对大学生的创业意愿具有正向的影响。最后提出三点建议：一是融创于教优化大学生创业氛围，二是多措并举甄别大学生创业意向，三是因材施教提升大学生创业能力。
Abstract:
At present, innovation and entrepreneurship education has become one of the required courses for college students, and college students are also an important group of innovation and entrepreneurship activities. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the influencing factors of college students entrepreneurial intention. In this study, 443 questionnaires were obtained through Online and offline parallel way, and the logit model was used to analyze the questionnaire data. The results show that: previous community activities experience, parents and friends entrepreneurship, personal and school factors in entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship support policies, entrepreneurs personal characteristics, entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a positive impact on college students entrepreneurial intention. Finally, three suggestions are put forward: one is to integrate innovation into teaching to optimize the entrepreneurial atmosphere of college students the other is to take multiple measures to screen college students entrepreneurial intention the third is to teach students in accordance with their aptitude to improve their entrepreneurial ability.
