摘要:
胫腓骨骨折是骨折里最多见的类别之一，发生概率大约为13.7%，其中胫骨骨折最常见，胫腓骨干双骨折其次，属于创伤骨科里的多发病、常见病。肢体肿胀是胫腓骨骨折常见临床症状，处理不当易致张力性水泡、术后感染、深静脉血栓形成、软组织坏死、骨筋膜室综合征等，进一步恶化时会引起缺血以及坏死甚至最终截肢。文章通过分析和筛选近年来相关文献中有关中医防治胫腓骨骨折术后肢体肿胀的方法和特点，对中医药防治胫腓骨骨折术后下肢肿胀进行综述，为临床研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Tibial and fibular fracture is one of the most common types of fracture, the probability of occurrence is about 13.7%. Tibial fracture is the most common, followed by tibial and fibular shaft double fracture, which is a frequently occurring and common disease in traumatic orthopedics. Limb swelling is a common clinical symptom of tibiofibular fracture. Improper treatment can easily lead to tension blisters, postoperative infection, deep vein thrombosis, soft tissue necrosis, osteofascial compartment syndrome and so on. Further deterioration can cause ischemia and necrosis, even amputation. In this paper, through the analysis and screening of the relevant literature in recent years, the methods and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of limb swelling after tibiofibular fracture surgery are summarized as follows, to provide reference for clinical research.
