科技创新是引领产业高质量发展的核心竞争力，先进省区市纷纷以科技创新作为主要抓手推动产业高质量发展。文章在阐述玉林市科技创新推动产业发展成效的同时，也指出了目前仍存在科技创新投入不足，科技创新能力不强，人才引进及激励机不健全等不足，这些都是制约玉林市产业高质量发展的瓶颈。并提出在“十四五”期间，玉林市应积极抢抓发展机遇，通过加大重大产业科技攻关、加快科技成果转化、加强科技型企业培育、加快推进科技人才队伍建设和加快双循环科技合作与交流等等建议，以期切实提升玉林市科技创新能力，为产业高质量发展提供持续动力。
Abstract:
Scientific and technological innovation is the core competitiveness leading the high-quality development of the industry. Advanced provinces, autonomous regions and cities have taken scientific and technological innovation as the main focus to promote the high-quality development of the industry. While expounding the effectiveness of scientific and technological innovation in promoting industrial development in Yulin city, this paper also points out that there are still some deficiencies, such as insufficient investment in scientific and technological innovation, weak scientific and technological innovation ability, imperfect talent introduction and incentive mechanism, which are the bottlenecks restricting the high-quality development of Yulin industry. During the "14th five year plan" period, Yulin city should actively seize development opportunities, and make recommendations to effectively improve Yulins scientific and technological innovation ability by increasing scientific and technological research in major industries, accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, strengthening the cultivation of scientific and technological enterprises, accelerating the construction of scientific and technological talent team and accelerating double cycle scientific and technological cooperation and exchange, in order to effectively promote Yulin city science and technology innovation ability, provide sustained driving force for high-quality industrial development.
