摘要:
目的:探讨借助公众号功能以辅助护生基础实践的效果。方法:选取同校同级的2个护理班作为研究对象,分为对照组(n=108)和实验组(n=109)。对照组接受基础实践课传统教学、练习,实验组在传统教学和助教参与课堂的基础上辅以具有基础护理实践学习资源的微信公众号平台,学期末比较两组护生中抽取到四项护理操作的考试成绩、两组护生的自主学习能力得分情况以及对公众号的效果评价。结果:实验组护生四项护理操作成绩得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护生自主学习能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(114.64±13.92 VS 110.41±13.81,t=2.157,P<0.05)。因此,对基础护理实践中引入微信辅助护生学习的方式可有效提高护生操作水平、自主学习能力。结论:微信公众平台辅助基础护理实践有助于提高护生操作水平、自主学习能力。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effect of official account function on the basic practice of nursing students. Methods: 2 nursing classes at the same level in the same school were selected as the research objects and divided into control group (n=108) and experimental group (n=109). The control group received traditional practice and practice in basic practice class. The experimental group supplemented the official account of WeChat public account with basic nursing practice resources on the basis of traditional teaching and assistants participation in the classroom. At the end of the semester, the test scores of 4 nursing operations extracted from the 2 groups of nursing students, the scores of independent learning ability of the 2 groups of nursing students and the evaluation of the effect of the public account were compared. Results: The scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The score of autonomous learning ability of nursing students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (114.64±13.92 VS 110.41±13.81, t=2.157, P<0.05). Therefore, the introduction of WeChat to assist nursing students in basic nursing practice can effectively improve nursing students operation level and autonomous learning ability. Conclusion: WeChat public platform assisted basic nursing practice is helpful to improve the nursing students operation level and autonomous learning ability.
