摘要:: 知识产权制度在鼓励发明创造、保护创新成果和助推经济社会高质量发展方面起到了重要作用。保护知识产权就是保护创新”。近年来，广西深入实施知识产权强桂战略，知识产权工作取得积极进展，各项主要指标快速增长，但知识产权保护发展指数在全国排名较为落后，广西知识产权保护工作面临着新的机遇与挑战。文章通过对广西知识产权保护现状进行分析研究，指出存在问题，并提出今后的发展对策，为广西强化知识产权保护提供参考。

Abstract:: The intellectual property system has played an important role in encouraging invention and creation, protecting innovation achievements, and promoting high-quality economic and social development. In recent years, Guangxi has deeply implemented the strategy of strengthening Guangxi with intellectual property rights, made positive progress in intellectual property work, and various main indicators have increased rapidly, but the intellectual property protection development index ranks relatively backward in the country. Entering a new stage of development, intellectual property protection in Guangxi is facing new opportunities and challenges. This paper analyzes the current situation of intellectual property protection in Guangxi, points out the existing problems, and puts forward the future development countermeasures, so as to provide reference for strengthening intellectual property protection in Guangxi.
