摘要:
下胫腓联合损伤上是足踝外科常见的运动损伤之一,如不精确的诊断及未选择合理的治疗方式,将会引起踝关节的慢性不稳定、长期疼痛、创伤性关节炎等,严重影响踝关节的功能。因此文章通过对下胫腓联合的解剖结构、损伤机制、生物力学分析、诊断、分型及治疗等方面进行综述。
Abstract:
Lower tibiofibular syndesmosis injury is one of the common sports injuries in foot and ankle surgery. If inaccurate diagnosis and reasonable treatment are not selected, it will cause chronic instability, long-term pain and traumatic arthritis of the ankle, which will seriously affect the function of the ankle. Therefore, this paper discusses the anatomical structure, injury mechanism, biomechanical analysis, diagnosis, classification and treatment of lower tibiofibular syndesmosis.
