摘要:
中国与东盟国家之间的互联互通合作不断加速，中国与东盟各国既深化了相互间的战略伙伴关系，还助力了自由贸易区的建设升级。文章从中国和东盟互联互通合作的基本动因入手，主要对中国和东盟互联互通的合作策略及广西区位优势的长效机制构想进行分析，提出了建立既擅长外语，又熟悉广西区情、了解广西交通经济的高素质、高能力人才智库，设立常设机构专职（兼任）岗位，常设机构临时人员的制度保证，以及临时人员的适应性发展等构想。
Abstract:
Interconnection and cooperation between China and ASEAN countries have been accelerating. China and ASEAN countries have not only deepened their strategic partnership, but also contributed to the construction and upgrading of the free trade area. Starting with the basic motivation of China ASEAN connectivity cooperation, this paper mainly analyzes the cooperation strategy of China ASEAN connectivity and the concept of long-term mechanism of Guangxis regional advantages, and puts forward the establishment of a high-quality and high-capacity talent think tank that is good at foreign languages, familiar with Guangxis regional conditions and understand Guangxis transportation economy, and the establishment of full-time (part-time) posts in permanent institutions, guarantees the system of temporary personnel of permanent institutions, and the concept of adaptive development of temporary personnel.
